salvage bike

I just picked up a 2017 xg750 at a salvage auction, it is hit pretty lightly and the only thing I need are right hand controls, ignition switch and a speedometer. Can I purchase just any dash from a 500 or 750 or are the matched to the ecumenical like triumphs, any help is appreciated
Getting ready to paint the tins and wanted to get her running first.
Thanks in advance

Garage
Here's a link to a parts finder that you can use to check part numbers between the 500/750. You can order the parts right from there as well

Thanks!!
My questin revolved around if the ecu is "tied" to the gauges, key and immobilizer (which was the case on my triumph speed triple). Or if i just need a dadh to complete the canbus circuit.

Pretty much all modern bikes speedo is tied to ECM. A New replacement will in most cases just read the mileage the ECM tells it. A used will not function.
Keep in mind if you are in the US once title is branded Salvage . Some insurance companies will not issue full coverage. If you sell it 50% of book if you are lucky..
Most banks will not loan money on a salvage. Some states will require a complete inspection at your cost to register it.
Forget your Triumph it and HD have no connection.
Get a service manual for that bike if you don't have one.

Yeah i get all that... none of which is true in my case
The triumph gauges are tied to the ecu, meaning they are matched to small batches so replacing gauges is a time consuming and expensive (for security reasons apparently) proposition. I guess what i am asking is:
If i buy a gauges from hd, will i also need to buy an ecu, transponder key and an immobilizer? Based on the prices indicated on the link provided by the user above, i would say not (new ignition switch gas cap and speedo for abot $300) i just need to know if replacements are plug and play, or matched to security components (which they dont seem to be based on inspection).
I picked up the 2017 hg750 for $750, so i am not concerned about resale, just care that my wife like it more than her 2007 shadow 600.

The speedo should be plug and play . The ECM will put the current mileage on it. Do you need new ignition and all of that?
Every newer HD I am aware of works like that you just plug new speedo in and replace fuse turn it on and if it had 700 mile son it when crashed it will show 700 miles.
Had to replace mine on my 2016 RGU that was all they did was plug it in. 5 minute warranty job.

Honest dealer will tell you right out about the speedo. I do know on the Street the ignition and gas cap keys are matched if you don't want two keys you have to replace both
