Oil light flashing

2015 street 750
24000 miles
oil light started flashing when I exited the freeway last week Did not light up when i rode the mile home(assume the higher RPM helped the pressure)
I switched to full synthetic the next day and the same thing happened after about the same amount of time riding. The engine case gets really hot and stays hot for a good hour afterwards.I also noticed a faint smell of fuel in the oil.Any advice is appreciated
Thanks

I would head for your local dealer and get it checked out asp. It could just be a faulty pressure switch.

Unlike every other Harley, the Street family are wet sump engines and use shell bearings. This sort of engine and bearing require a higher level of oil pressure than the rest of Harley's offerings, and low oil pressure will total the engine very quickly

This may sound Stupid, Did you change the Filter as well? Reason I ask, I know of some shops that sell used bikes. And only change the Oil. The one shop used Oil from other bikes 1st Service. Which was usually around 500 miles.

The Oil PSI Switch is on the Left (Driver) side of Engine. Maybe a loose connection?

Changed Oil Filter
Oil pressure switch was suspect but cant be responsible for gas in oil so pretty sure that rules out pressure switch

The XG Engine has Lots of Blow By. I started mine up without the air cleaner on. You don't want to stand in front of it.
