Everybody got this slag on their frame? Guess they thought passenger foot would cover it. Both sides.

I had a shitty spot on the swing arm near a welded on boss, the paint was "crunchy" like they had painted over slag. The warranted it for me and all is good now.My dealer is good to go!

i have them too on my 750, but majority of the lumpiness is covered by the plastic. didn't really notice until this topic brought them to my attention

update: today my front pulley came off trashed the drive belt and spun a hole in the left side cover. Im sure they will warranty it but it means 2 trips to the dealer a hour away,the 20 mile away dealer is crappy in my prior dealings so I go there o nay in dire need holding my butt cheeks. Funny thing is I saw this problem here first and basked my mechanic about "you're fine" was what he said 2 hours waiting on AAA to pick me and bike they call and say they're having trouble finding a provider in your area. So I had to go and get my own trailer and load it by myself in 100 degree heat. not fun;
