Saying Goodbye

Hey Guys,
I have been riding my street 750 for the last year. My first Harley and I have loved her. She has been wonderful every mile a smile mile and I have loved spending time on the the various mods that I carried out.

Now however with a little sadness I have to say goodbye. I have just traded her for a Sporster XL1200CA custom Ltd. She is a very different ride to the street but totally fantastic. A little heavy than the street but otherwise wheelbase seat height are all about the same. 17Ltr tank runs around 200 miles between refills.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every second on my Street and will continue to recommend her. Thanks to all that have contributed here and added to my learning and understand and I wish everyone great riding and be safe.

Gaz

To be fair the Street series is an ideal stepping stone for anyone that later upgrades to a bigger capacity Harley-Davidson.

Great choice mate...!

Having owned both, I still prefer the Street, tho, on my commute, personally.

And stick around mate, let us know your thoughts RE the XL1200 as you go, mods etc.

The new Roadster looks very tempting too..!

I'D rather live just 1 day as a Tiger,
Than a thousand as a sheep.

Just received a picture from my buddy Buzz who traded in his Street 750 for 1800cc of bliss as he sits proudly in the H-D dealership with his new 2016 Dyna Low Rider S.

It is quite an improvement for an upgrade, and I wish Buzz many miles of smiles. The more I look at the picture I can see his new Dyna as a Street real grown up with a 6-pack.

The Low rider S is on my radar in the next couple of years. Awesome bike!
