gave up.

I tried to buy a street with zero success. The only dealer that responded wouldnt try to get the color(Wicked Red) that I wanted. **** HD! I'm done. I bought my 1st one in '71. 'll be keeping my '12 Deluxe.
I bought an '18 metallic Jade,Indian Scout. I am very impressed with this bike. The fit and finish is superb. It runs and rides excellent. It feels like a sport bike. You sit real low and it feels very lite. 100 HP and 550#,8300 rpm. it hauls ass. They treated me like a customer with money to spend. No extra charge for air, battery leads and all the other crap that HD tries to charge for.

I would like to try a Scout 60. Don't have a dealer close to me. In fact, My County only has 1 dealer. And he sells Yamaha. And some Jet Skis.

I use my motorcycle as a car. And need to put some decent sized bags on. Scout 60 has a nice Gig rear fender. Indian also has a Luggage Rack and Sissy Bar option.

***Troll Alert***

If you don't own a Street, why are you even here in the HD Street forum?! If, as you say, the dealer wouldn't special order for you, contact HD directly and voice your concerns. Forums are not a way to solve your problem.

Whats your problem? My post was to inform others about my attempt to buy a Street. It also was my final post.I am so glad you informed me of the reason for forums. What a jerk.
By the way a stock color is hardly a special order.
As for your stupid "troll alert" ,I dont even begin to get that.
