Tank range

Street has 13 litre tank. Any idea about how much is the usable fuel? What will be the tank range?

Usable - 11- 11.5 litre because it is strongly recommended you don't run the tank dry due to fuel pump. Normally to be on safe side , they will say retain 3 litre of fuel .

Milleage figure offered is 15-20 kmpl , assuming a value of 18 kmpl it returns 207 km for 11.5 litre of fuel consumed. Depending on riding condition , expect the range to vary between 180-220 km .

an average of 18-20 km-pl will fetch u roughly 225 kms on a tank full. there is a low fuel level alarm at 2ltrs.
that's all i know. seems alright but i would have preferred a 300 kms tank range at least as i am very much interested in touring with it.

Love like no other Live like no other

I'm not sure about harelys but I know that I most applications the quoted tank range deos not include the fuel pump reserve. So Street with a 13L Tank should actually be more like 16L...

Not with Harleys. Not with BMWs either.

Even I have heard 200km range which seems pretty low. Hence wanted some real world data.

V-Rods get worse mileage if they are ridden hard.

It is embarrassing to me, and something the fiancée loves to grind me with, but her big floaty-boat Avalon's highway mileage is about the same as that of my Street Rod. Her big turd manages mid thirties mpg on the highway. It makes my head hurt to think about it!
