Not my video , came across this today . Worth a view if you want to experience the ride from a camera's perspective in day to day city condition here , skip first 2 mins.
Believe me when I say this that by Indian standard , that was normal/safe riding - not just from the rider himself but the general traffic movement . There is a lack of discipline here and if you try to maintain your own , it is very hard to progress or overtake at all .
nice videos. Seems like Street 750 has power in abundance. I have a question on tyres and brakes. How were the tyres holding in the wet? Are the rubbers hard like typical MRF ones or are these softer. How is the braking? I found them below average on test rides.I have heard that Harley has changed the rear brakes on production models.
I found MRF lacking in grip and these are Nylon Tyres as opposed to Radial Michelin on Street. Brakes are definitely lacking in bite and needs to be up rated. Bike is floundering in quality.
i usually see people recommend doing those smaller brake upgrades before anything else and I have to agree those should be done, i think after you have worked that area enough....then look into changing tires.
I was initially thinking of brake upgrade first - better pads and steel braided lines but from what I hear rear tyre locks up pretty easily and making the brakes more powerful will only worsen the problem. MRF tyres seem to be the biggest culprit.
