it is mounted to the H-D luggage rack via an included adapter plate. it can hold a full face helmet and rain gear

Sorry, but that "Givi e370 top box" just doesn't look right on that bike. Way too big for the stature of the bike, IMHO.

I bought a cortex tail bag and it does work well at considerably less than the HD one. It looks very similar also. However I bought a HD backpack on ebay for 30.00 and it works even better, I can park the bike and walk right in. I will try to get a pic soon. Some may want to consider this as an alternative to tail bags.

I think backpacks are great but I am set on a tail bag in the event of going down. I wouldn't want the backpack to get caught on the bike. Can you post a pic of the cortex on the bike? (Is it the Cortech Super 20???)
