rear fender bolts

Hello all, I managed to pickup a nice set of covered viking hard bags and the locking mounts. I already have the package carrier rack from Hd on a quick mount and these bag mounts use the same method to mount up. Its a set of 2 bushings for each side that have a groove around the circumference, just like hd's set up. The problem is that I don't know where to get the longer fender bolts that I need. The need to be about 15 mm longer than the ones I have which are about 15 mm longer than stock so I guess that they need to be 30 mm longer than stock Stainless is the preferred material. I have looked a HD they asked whats the part number, No help. Vtwin shop no help local bolt guy says its an odd ball due to button head. I am leaning towards ebay but they may take a couple weeks as they are coming litteraly from China. Does anyone either know the hd part number or a sours that has these bolts?

I believe the part # is 10200249. I ordered them from Boardtracker H-D and they should be here next week.

They are M10-1.5 thread bolts, Fastenal sells them online and your local store might stock them (mine didn't). Standard is 25mm and 40mm in length, you can use that to see on longer bolts.

QUESTION: 1. quick mount? like quick detatch? So you can take it on/off whenever?
2. This rack? H-D Detachables Two-Up Luggage Rack - Gloss Black-50300091
