Just added the center stand on my bike today. It was much easier to get it up on the stand than I feared it would be. Popped right up on the first try.

I was actually expecting the front wheel to be the one that comes off the ground rather than the back wheel. Is this correct?

I used your instructions happydaze. The one thing I would add is that getting the ratchet back in where you need to is a pain. It would probably be easier with a universal joint adapter or something.

I thought about that but I wasn't able to find one. It would have to be at the distal end, and it would cause the bolt to flop around which might make it difficult to line up.
