J&P Cycles is taking forever

Has anyone ordered parts through J&P Cycles before? I ordered parts on 4 March and as of 18 March they haven't even been shipped yet. This can't be normal. I would of went with Revzilla but they don't ship oversized packages to an APO address. Anyone been in the same situation with J&P before?

I think J&P and Motorcycle Superstore are owned by the same company. I get e-mails from MS for Free Shipping from J&P. Never had problems with them before. Maybe because its not CONUS. I would call them.

What parts did you order??

My bike was knocked over so I had to buy new grips. I could understand if the shipping overseas took a few weeks but it hasnt even left their store.

It might have something to do with having a lot of their staff at "Daytona Bike Week"?

Just a thought

I have talked to them twice and both times they didnt give me an answer on why it hasn't shipped yet. I'm almost at the point where I want to cancel my order.

If you do end up canceling, and still need grips, I can highly recommend the Kuryakyn ISO grips, they really help tame the vibration in the handlebars. I have the bar end weights too, so I don't know how much taming is done by the weights or by the grips, but with both of 'em together it certainly helps minimize the numb hands and tingling fingers that I used to get from the stock grips. Maybe they have a reseller in South Korea that could get them to you quicker and cheaper than a US seller?

Good luck, hope it all works out!

So after bugging them everyday this week they told me the order was "cancelled on the backend" and they had no idea why or how that happened. They ended up knocking about $20 off and gave me a free gold membership. Only have to wait another week!
