K&N 63-1130 Performance Intake Kit

How many people have bought K&N 63-1130 Performance Intake Kit? And if you did buy it, how much did you pay? I only ask because normally I buy my parts through J&P Cycles and they wanted $269.99 with the Gold Club discount which is $40 less than Revzilla. It is much more expensive than other intakes and even the K&N website says $317.09. After a quick Google search I found it for $172.99 on PowerSportsEFI.com and Amazon. I ended up buying it from Amazon since I am not familiar with PowerSportsEFI. Seems like I got a good deal but would like to hear from others.

I bought mine straight from K&N for $172.99. It looks pretty dang good on the bike, it performs good, and adds 6.7 more horses to the power plant. If you're going to pair it with a high flow exhaust, I recommend you re-tune the whole package with a V&H FP3 Fuel tuner. Best thing you can do. I did it to mine and absolutely love it. Ride safe.

Any luck in finding a filter wrap for it? My 63-1130 just got delivered today, and was looking to see if I could get a wrap for it, for washing the bike, riding in the rain. I chatted online with K&N and they said they did not make one for it. Just curious if ya'll had another idea.

Take some Measurements of it. Maybe the Harley Cover will fit?? Like the one for the Low Rider S.

Once I got it, I looked up the actual filter part number, found that K&N RC-4160DK will fit it. Can't believe the K&N person couldn't have figured that out.

No luck so far with finding a filter wrap for it. It would be nice to have one, especially when it rains. I may make one myself...

K&N RC-4160DK is the one. the filter element is RE-0960. If you look up that instead of 63-1130. it shows RC-4160DK will be the one.

This looks awesome! My current setup is Loose Cannon, Stage 1 flash, and a Hd-4915 airfilter. Will I have to reflash if I change to the 63-1130? I plan to invest in an FP3 later...
