Darkside a 750 Street

First I would not recommend a Car tire on a normal two wheel bike. SideCar Rig is a different world. I happen to have a Street with a sidecar. The factory 140/75R15 just wears out to fast with a sidecar. That is normal. Because the Street has some room I am sure there is a car tire that will work. I know from my past Micky Thomson makes so odd ball size for racing. Also it looks like a 155/60/15 might work.
It would be slightly smaller Diameter but that could be a plus it would in effect lower gear ratio a bit would work out to 62.3 vs 65 factory. Some home work to do.
A 165/65r15 would be an inch wider than stock and it you be very close on gearing 65.49 vs 65 MPH
A 165/60R15 would be almost prefect 63.68 vs 65 Mph.
A 155/60R/15 would work 62.36 vs 65 mph

If any of you have darksided a Street I am listening.

Garage
What about using Michelin Commander II on the rear? I have them on my Suzuki and I have over 15K miles on them. They are installed on very light motorcycle. Just a thought.

Size is an issue not all companies make all sizes. Motorcycle tires no madder what brand will wear fast on a bike with sidecar the rear bike tire runs straight like a car almost. Remember when you saw mine, all the wear was right down the center. This is the RGU with a 195/60R16 car tire on it now. Dirty of course I was riding in snow and Ice.

Big issue. It seems that once you get to a 15 inch motorcycle rim things change. A 15 inch Car tire will not fit right on a 15 inch motorcycle rim different size. To expand my effeorts .
Is there a 16 inch rim that will direct fit a 2015 Street 750? I Know the 2018 Street Rod has a 17 inch rear wheel>
