Chad I hope not. There are many on this forum that have enjoyed many hours riding their Street 500 or Street 750. The forum has assisted many in deciding what accessory they would like to add to customise their ride by reading what other riders have done. So from an informative point, this forum is great.

The Street Rod is based on the Street and there are many readers of this forum that would consider purchasing a Street Rod if people like you add in your thoughts, likes and dislikes of the new Street Rod you now own. As more readers of this forum purchase a Street Rod, by keeping both models on the same forum, a more informative decision can be made. Some who have bought accessories such as saddlebags will want to know if their purchase can be transferred to the Street Rod.

For me personally I would consider a move to a Street Rod instead of a bigger Harley, only because I have always enjoyed the "What bike is that???" when stopping in traffic waiting for the lights to change. Everyone hears the sound and knows that a big Harley is pulling up around them - But a Street takes them by surprise.

There is no need to have a sub forum. This thread you created "Streetrod" should suffice even thought there may be more than one thread. I look forward to seeing your future posts on this thread or the other. I personally would love to take a Street Rod on a test ride through the many Roundabouts we have here in Wisconsin to see how much of a left lean I can get away with.

We follow the will of the community and mods. If enough people want one, we'll add. If not, we'll leave as is
