MRF Zapper tyre

I recently saw a post on another forum, where the owner of a Street 750 had fitted a 170-70-15 MRF Zapper Vyde tyre . I checked on the MRF site and they are showing the standard 150-70-15 as well as the wider 170-70-15 for sale at around 7000 rupees. However,I am from Goa and cannot find any MRF dealer who stocks it. Also no luck when calling Chennai (head office). Does anyone know where I can find the 170 Zapper Vyde ? Happy to pay delivery costs.

Thanks for the reply Botty. I have seen the Bike Dekho site and spoke to the main dealer in Mapusa personally. They called around all the other suppliers and told me that it was not available in Goa.

Had a MRF tires when i bought my used 2015 street 750. the tires were 90% new and been using it for close to a year. due to limited choice of tires size for 750, finally got to change to Bridgestone, Exedra Max rear and H50 front. one can feel the grip on Bridgestone when taking corner, the confidence is great. during MRF, had near 2 missed slip when cornering. straight road no much diff but with passenger, the Bridgestone can feel the comfort, MRF its too hard.

But if Budget and limited choice (like in my case which took me a year to find other brand), than its just no other option.

Is 150/70R15 the standard size tie there? If so the a 170/70R15 will not only be wider but it will be taller. The 70 number is not a set measurement but a percentage.

This will be your out come.
