Hello everyone! I've riden all sorts of bikes but in the last two years I bought my first Harley the XG 750. I have had a recall on the fuel pump and a dead battery a few weeks after I got her but other than that I have no issues. I ride every day until snow hits the ground.

Welcome to the forum, Jafladd! You will find that the XG series bikes are different from any other Harley. I'm not going to claim better or worse, just different.
I bought a 2016 xg750 on clearance sale in January and started riding in February. I ride most days that weather allows, if only to commute to work. Our winters here in Iowa vary quite a bit. Some winters I'll be able to continue riding with only minor interruptions and sometimes I won't.
