Hi I am Terry,

I do not own a Street 750 yet as I live in South Africa and is anxiously awaiting the release here early next year as I am definitely in the market for this bike.

Hope to read more good things about the street 750.
Cheers.

Welcome to the forum Terry.

What are you riding right now, or will the Street 750 be your very first motorcycle?

Welcome @Terencej!

Just keep yourself busy in the meantime and keep an eye out on here as owners are popping up from all over. Take a look at all the initial feeback and reviews to help you decide.

What are you currently riding?

Good choice on a first bike, but some may say it's overkill, just make sure to go easy with it.

Have you at least ridden any other bikes aside one from a learners program?

I am actually busy with a riding program and getting my motorcycle license.
The reason I am going for the Street 750 is because of value for money.

Buy something good once and no need to spend money again.

I will most certainly take it easy as I am a new rider.

I love your optimism but it doesn't usually work that way.
Let's see now there is maintenance, modifications, repairs from bike falling over, wrecks(hopefully not), new paint, tires, upgrading because you grew in your riding skills and want more of everything in a bike, have a woman that starts complaining about the small seat, list goes on forever.
But......the good thing is you have started off with a great machine !

Lead, follow, or get out of the way !
