March of Dimes BBQ

Every year a friend of mine does a large BBQ to raise money for the March of Dimes cause.

I sent the guys in my shop over earlier, then I went near the ending.... he had a great turn out.... weather here today is 75 F...... finally

Sure, cooking professionally for 36 years........ Electrical Engineer by trade, but never gave up my cooking......

Mancation in Flagstaff in May then running Oatman to bullhead city then Tuscan then New Mexico then headed back to colorado May 15 through 20. All are welcome rules are easy we ride no whining.

No it was actually really well done... I had specifically asked the lady not to pile it up high like she wanted to and no sauce. For one it was a fund raiser, but for two I lost 62 pounds in two years and do not wish to put all that weight back on.

Tracy (guy that puts on the March of Dimes deal) is actually a **** good smoker in his own right, but one must remember a lunch fund raiser has only 2.5 hours to make the money. He raised 2272.00 dollars, per hour he did good.
