After 6 months with the street i decided to buy a 2005 dyna low rider.

Couldn't part with the street though.

I'll post pictures soon.

Congrats on your new acquisition. Happy to note you have retained your Street. Waiting to hear your impressions of both the bikes.

The Dyna defintely feels like what a "harley" is usually described as. Its loud, heavy, rattles and has some more power behind it.

I still prefer the street in the city though.

I am taking the dyna 250 miles this friday from San Antonio to Abilene Texas, which will be my longest trip so far. Pretty excited but nervous at the same time due to the fact it's an older bike and I really hope it doesn't have any issues that come to light on this trip.

ok, i'll admit that i'm a bit envious....lol

I nearly bought a new low rider last November.
I've always like the low rider model.
but with my knees giving me problems now days, I just cant handle the weight of the larger bikes anymore, and I really don't want a trike.

enjoy your low rider you lucky dog....lol !

Hi guys, I purchased my street 500 about 6 months ago, first thing I did was got my local dealer to install a Freedom pipe and that's all I have done. Love the bike but on long distances my tailbone kills me. Otherwise it's a great little bike!
