How to get rid of this whistle sound?!

Check out this video and scroll to 0:47 an watch until about 0:52. You can hear the sound I'm talking about. I want to get rid of it. Someone told me replacing the cams would do it. I can hear it coming from the engine not the intake.

that sound is present in V-Rods as well. yeah it sounds like an evil hairdryer / weed-whacker on stock engine/exhaust setups

Just as per my knowledge so far,

Harleys are more mechanical bikes compared to other smoother electronic bikes.
Vibrations and knocking is expected and normal (but to an extent)

But, that's what it makes a Harley

The high-pitched whirr is probably my least-favorite aspect of the Street. The sound with the stock exhaust is disappointing. But that Screamin' Eagle sounds at least sixty thousand times better.
