modify shifter peg position?

Has anyone been able to adjust the shifter peg position?

If i'm wearing alpinstar boots, it's not a problem, but if I put on my Harley boots, they are too thick and I have to slide my foot from the left and tilt it to get it under the shifter, kinda sucks with the boots.
But I want the grip and footing the boots provide.

Can someone suggest how I can move that peg up more for more room? Or a set of Harley boots that will fit under nicely?

Did you check this out? Sounds like you might be able to make an adjustment:

I have the same issue and will be attempting to adjust it this weekend.

Have you checked out the "holy shift" fully adjustable shift lever? I can't remember how much it is, but it is completely adjustable to work with all footwear fast and on the go

Looks like they are in the $160 range. Interesting design!
