Probably is not a new topic but I would like to ask if anyone knows a way to hide these cables.

The easiest way I think you could do that is by getting some of that shrinkable heat wrap, it's made for wiring in vehicles and such, now it might not "hide" the wiring but it sure would clean the look up a bit.
I'm working on the same idea at the moment but I have to trouble shoot why my headlight keeps going out!
