New pieces

So I decided to add something for the comfort and style of the bike. One of my biggest problems has always been the teeny tiny little pegs on this bike, and Harley recently came up with a cheap and easy solution to it. I decided to slap them on myself, hoping for a change in the feel of it, and it worked quite well! Here are the results.

Not sure why it uploaded it sideways. But these are 3" Mini Floorboards. They're one of the new basic control offerings in the HD lineup. They also come in 4" for a little more surface area, and come in gloss black and chrome. Price is the same for any of the four. The great news is they're only a couple millimeters longer than the stock rider pegs, so lean angle really isn't altered much if at all. And they're easy to install yourself. Cheap, easy to install, and adds a little flair and comfort to the bike. Definitely look into them if you want it to feel a little more like a cruiser.

Looks Great DaveB47.... i would install only if many streets here able to solve the brake lever or if install such size peg, the brake lever should be higher, which in this case is not gonna happen with our sitting position. my fear is during emergency brake where our foot are comfortable rested and when we press with our toes, we might not get the brake to work... guess its a matter of getting use to it.

Those mini footboards have been around for a while, haven't the? I was thinking about going to them after I get some highway pegs installed.

I don't see a problem on using these somehow interfering with the brake. I'm a little worried about clearance to get my toe under the shifter, but that's about it.

At a list price of about $130 I don't consider this to be a cheap solution.
