I'm using a 2015 model street 750 done almost 14k km on it. Now the rear brake pressure is very poor, don't have the power to stop the bike. How to fix this issue ? I changed to EBC brake pads. I found 2016 master cylinder will does the job. I need opinions and cost of 2016 master cylinder in India

When I changed the rear pads on the 2015 750 I somehow got air inside the caliper. Only had 2500 Miles or so. Went to put better pads on. Must be something with the calipers?

No just was done wrong . Long as it does not have ABS you can bleed the system your self and cure the problem. Do not get the brake fluid on anything. Brake fluid is a every effective paint remover

I agree with Smitty, had the same problem first time I did the brakes. The following tool made my life MUCH easier.

Thank you for your reply, I've one more question. Why my back brake peddle play increased, need to press little bit down to get little pressure.
I did a bleed on my 9k service. And again the issues started happening now.

I replaced my caliper and master cylinder set for the rear when I found myself bleeding it multiple times even with that tool. Discovered that the internal seals were bad. Hopefully that's not what is going on here, they aren't able to be rebuilt.

Try bleeding again. In my case fluid was spraying out of the seals so it was obvious.

Bleed them, make sure your doing it properly. That tool I linked is a HUGE help. I did have the loose ends to in a bottle of excess fluid to help with vacuum. Probably not needed due to the one way valve. My rear brakes are much better thanks to that tool.

I had the same problem with the rear brake peddle being "squishy". I bled the rear caliper til I ran out of Brake fluid and still the pressure wasn't building. I was told that Harley brakes were lower in quality in general. I switched to a Galfer braided brake line and new EBC high quality brakes. I still used the OEM caliper and rear brake cylinder. I have excellent stopping power.
