I have Harley Davidson 750XG 2015 Model. Recently, I came to know that after heating or we can say after running 3 to 4 KM it's unable to start. I have changed the Battery, Battery charger, Stater and Stater Motor but unfortunately issue remains the same.

I have spend so much money on it but they unable to fix it. have you all fixed this short of issue? If yes, i would like to request to you all kindly share the suggestion on it.

Thanks,
Mak Bhatt

@Mak Bhatt - Welcome to our forum. You may want to post an introduction to yourself and maybe some pictures of the bike in our new members area.

Can you give us a little more detail about what's going on?
Is the engine dying after a few kilometers?
Are you riding to a destination those few kilometers away and shutting it off?
Will it crank but not start while hot?
Does it restart OK when it cools down, or is it difficult to start at all times?

Start the bike. Before it warms up, you want to pull the speedo sensor and see if it stops the engine. Top of the case at the trans area. If it keeps running, plug it back on and then pull the coolant temp sensor, not the one at the filler neck at the radiator cap. If that stops the bike, bad cool-temp sensor when hot.
