Unsure what problem you are experiencing.
But buy a few 90 degree tyre valve adaptors off ebay. Bluetac one inside one of the side panel covers ( or both ). Have one in your riding jacket pocket. I don't, but you could probably leave the adaptors permanently attached to the valves.
But you really need to check your tyre pressures, in the last 6 months I have had 3 nails in the rear tyre that I only picked up due to lower than expected air pressures.
just make sure theyre cold when you check em when youre ridin they build up pressure i like to carry a small can of fix a flat it'll get ya home but it makes a mess on the rim when you change the tire and a couple numbers on your phone for tow trucks ; take care of them tires, it aint like on a four wheeler cage where you can carry a spare ha four wheeler cage drivers- we used to call em four leggers cause they wouldnt be able to balance on two
While on the subject of Tire Inflation, Has anyone noticed this? HD says to Inflate the Rear Tire to 42 PSI(Michelin). The tire is stamped 41.
I have an air compressor. And use one of those Automotive inflators with gauge. The straight through design. Not the Dual Truck unit. Motion Pro makes an angle inflator. Doesn't have a gauge. Its made out of Billet Aluminum(I think) and is a little pricey. Wonder if that would be easier with the rear?
I picked up this from amazon: https://amzn.com/B011N613B4 and it works much better than any of the inflators I already had. With the others I had a **** of a time getting things lined up to inflate the tire. The right angle connector on this one works great and the gauge seems accurate. Plus it works for the presta valves on my bicycle tires.
My bike seat is gone. It started showing a little crack down in San Antonio. In a matter of months it's now worn out around the back stitching and there's now a huge whole right in the middle of it.
Where can I get a cheap knockoff one that will do the job? I've got tons of miles on mine. I...
I picked up a second hand street 500 which is showing a code. The reader I have says its P1152 with no further information as to what it is and it wont clear. I've taken it to a lot (its currently unplated) to see if there's anything off in terms of operation and it seems to run...

While riding I can hear a sound seems like it comes from engine.. Rattle or chatter or something of that nature in any gear and speed. I have checked the bike over nothing is loose all fluids are up is this just the nature of the beast? or is this something of concern...
So, I noticed that there was coolant leaking from my bike. After taking off the peg assembly, I noticed there was coolant leaking from what appears to be the drain plug here:
I was going to try and take it out to inspect the washer and tighten the bolt to see if maybe it just happened to get...
I don't know what happened. I either-
1) put this gas additive from HEB that's causing trouble
2) the rain recently is affecting my bike
3) I drove through too high of water as it floods in spots in San Antonio
4) my battery won't hold a charge
5) all of the above
I don't know what the deal...
