A lot of the aftermarket exhaust is single wall construction. Radiates heat, rust easy and discolor quickly. Cost effective but would need to be replaced soon.
OK, didn't know that. I decided to roll the dice for the $150 one on eBay.
I know there are others out there for more that are probably better.
I'll report on a before and after with photos.
