I like the nightlife at Daytona, and love the riding in Sturgis, but thinking of trying another rally.
Are there any good scenic day trips out of the Phoenix area?

Oatman, AZ original alignment of Route 66

17 to 260 to 89 A though Sedona

Same but 89 A through Prescott and up onto old route 66 at Seligman.

Bullhead City for the casinos if you are into that...

Any part of 191 you care to travel is amazing.

Tucson

Tombstone Ride the 191 back up cut across to 180 in New Mexico then cut back west on 78 to 191 south to 70 back to Phoenix....

That is a few I have rode a lot more of it than that but with the weather there... you can easy do 650 miles a day.
