Here's the Facebook link.I actually just installed a set on my bike yesterday. They make it much more effortless to see behind you. I enjoy them much more than I did the standard mirrors. I got mine from Amazon for about $12 shipped. They are relatively easy to install also. If you join the street 750/500 group on Facebook you'll see pictures of the parts that came in my kit and the help I received from another street owner.
Ah, so that was you! I did see them and I'm glad they're working for you. Thanks for your input!I actually just installed a set on my bike yesterday. Huh - hadn't thought about doing that - that's not a bad idea! This type of inverted mirrors DIY.

How did you manage to bolt them like that after flipping them? This type of inverted mirrors DIY.
I'm exactly the same situation; the $300 that HD charges for the bar end mirrors is crazy! I've bought 2 sets of 7/8" mirrors from Amazon and they both have the same problem that they don't fit in the750 handlebars, at least not in the throttle side (I haven't cut the clutch side yet).Just picked up some bikemaster 7/8 archer oval bar end mirrors. Couldn't seem to get them installed for the life of me. Cut the end of the grip, got rid of the excess glue. Then proceeded to install and couldn't get the mirror to enter the bar end at all. Great looking mirror but not the best design for install. Anyone else been able to get a bikemaster mirror in the bar end? Currently back to stock mirrors with one cut open grip end.
Thanks, the adapters are what I'm missing! I haven't found them anywhere... can you please post a link? These are going on my 750 on Friday. Just waiting for the adapters to show up. Haven't decided if I want them above or below the bar. I'm thinking below for aesthetics but above for function
