Nice, glad to finally see these reviews roll in from american publications.
comments left in the comments section are interesting. what do you guys think about that person that mentioned they rather get a Yamaha FZ09?

FZ-09 is a sportbike, not a cruiser. Different animal altogether. Why do people who are into sportier motorcycles have to make negative comments about cruisers, and visa versa ? Each type of motorcycle is good for what it is designed to do. If you want speed and horsepower, then get a FZ-09. It is a good motorcycle.

Agreed that cruiser and sportsbike should not be compared but they can be compared as motorcycles from a certain perspective - as in the cost of production and the quality of parts used which are not affected by the seating posture or the aesthetics of the bike(the yam looks killer btw ) .

I can't believe the FZ is sold for less than an iron 883 , picture is enough to display the apparent quality bumper to bumper and when a top end company like yamaha can roll out a product like that , you expect similar effort from others and not a "built to budget" excuse - it even puts the triumph bonnie or street triple to shame at that price . Will covert to SBK if that was available here for that price.
