I'm new here but I didn't see a collection of DIY threads. Does something like this exist? I'm doing the fender delete and new muffler today and would like to reference photos etc...

Keep your front fender, unless you have a brace to replace it.

It is the rear fender. It basically just takes all the plastic stuff and lights out and replaces it with a plate bracket and LED for brake and turn signal.

Did you get the Chappell customs fender eliminator kit? Based on your description it sounds like what I have. I purchased the Chappell customs one and am super pleased with the results. There's a video on here somewhere about how to install the new rage fender eliminator and I've also found the same video on YouTube. It's a great help as far as the wiring and what to expect taking it apart. I watched that video and then went to town on mine. I decided to use butt connectors as well as posi-seal connectors as opposed to soldering the wires together. Here is the end result...

Yes it is Chris's product. He emailed me some wiring direction. I'll hunt for some more videos today. I'm going to hit home depot for some connectors and heat shrink.

I got a bunch of Chris' parts on my bike, but I prefer NRC'S fender eliminator. Their led setup wraps around the rear and the turn signals have a greater range of visibility. View attachment 20017
