Probably not. From studying this engine I am strongly inclined to believe the front and rear heads are the same part, with the rear head rotated 180 degrees from the front head. That has implications for the location of the exhaust port and header flange.
Also consider that while V-Rods locate the spark plug in the center of the combustion chamber, the Revo-X places it on the side. Perhaps later on there will be a DOHC version with center mounted spark plug, but that is not what Harley is selling now.
