Got an update call call for Fuel pump upgrade.
Not much of a difference felt , as i didn't got a time to rol it outside city.

Will update soon over the same. Bu, it's good to hear it from company about the concern.

If we are paying in Laksh, company should take care to keep reputation in market too,

For ref. In Japan, i was having Nissan MUV, its 9yr old car, some air bag issue came, being a 3rd & current owner, i got letter to replace air bag.

Very true Sir!!!

But you know the kind of feedback has been from the service center guys, any positive recalls feels like a welcome.
As the system inside the company is so adamant, they don't show any sort of cooperation even when they get paid highly for the services.

Has anyone in USA had the recall done after the purchase. I bought a 2015 Street 750 last July. I learned about the recall from this forum and called the dealership 2 weeks ago. They said my bike was part of the recall and that they would call me when the parts come in. I am now into my 3rd week of silence from them. Seems to me they are dragging their feet.
1. Has anyone else in US has this experience?
2. What wait time should I expect for parts to come in?.
3. Anybody got any ideas on how to contact HD and light a fire under the dealership?

My 750 has been perfect but the dealership seems more about sales than service....
