I'm still very much new to this so I'm trying to start with the smaller/easier mods first and work my way up. Anyone know where I can find some alternative gas cap options? (Ideally in Australia).

I don't know but if you find such please let me know. I've had issues with the stock one and had to have my first one replaced. Oddly, when they replaced it they had to replace the entire ignition system, on warranty!
