The Iron Lung is an incredible custom build from Icon. It is part racing bike and part rat bike. This bike is powerful, so powerful its almost scary. This 1991 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 got a bore job, and the displacement jumped up to 1,200cc.
This bike is really not that safe. Icon calls the iron Lung, "an accident waiting to happen." So for some this will be taken as a warning; others will see it as a challenge.
Other changes to the bike include a bigger fork to accommodate the larger front tire, a custom fairing, relocated oil tank, Supertrapp exhausts, rearsets and a racing rear cowl.
