Due to low demand, the 750 will be the only street available in india during the initial launch. 500 will be available at a later date which is to be announced. read the below:

With the Harley Davidson Street 750 confirmed for India launch at the Auto Expo 2014, why wasn’t the Street 500 considered from the Indian market at the outset?

The new Harley Davidson Street 750 and Street 500 is a completely new platform for Harley Davidson Motorcycles. These two motorcycles have been a result of a survey done with over 3000 customers across 10 countries. In India too, a survey conducted by us revealed the Indian customers are more interested in the Street 750 than the Street 500. Not that we won’t be bringing the Street 500 to India, but at the moment it’s the Street 750.

I kinda expected Indian people to prefer lower displacement bikes. I just imagine that there is so much traffic in India that people wouldn't be able to truly "drive" the car.
