That picture is pretty hilarious. Looks like you are going to have a good time with your new bike. How do you like it so far? Have you planned any changes to it?

And welcome to the forum!

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum. Hope you're still alive and your brother didn't get you. LOL :p
Congrats! Let us know your initial thoughts of the bike. Enjoy!

It's my first bike. A 1980 KZ 750 LTD H1. I'm doing a complete teardown and restoration on it. I bored it out to 800cc's so I refer to it as my budget Bonnie. I've crashed it, gone off road with it, ran the **** out of it. But then the starter clutch went out and I moved to Texas, I couldn't let it go. It has a special place in my heart. And hopefully, I better have one in its, as it has enough of my blood, sweat and profanity embedded in it.
I'm planning on getting the luggage rack and center stand for it. I bought the service manual as well so I can get into the guts of it (after I don't have to worry about voiding the warranty) and I'm definitely going to upgrade grips, my hands don't like running freeway speeds for extended periods.

I heard/read somewhere that HD is getting near a hundred horse out of their flat trackers, I'd be curious to see what I can squeeze out of mine and how to go about doing it.

He didn't after I gave him a ride to go get coffee. Now he wants one.
