One of them has the build date. If you take it off I would keep it in case there is an issue with bikes made during that date.

I certainly WOULD NOT be removing the one with the Build Date AND "VIN" # on it!

If you ever tried to sell the bike, or there was any issue with "ownership", the bike NO LONGER HAS any valid ID or VIN #.

Dangerous idea, IMHO

Pretty sure the vin number is stamped on the frame too. I wouldn't remove the printed one either but it probably isn't the official one. Way too easy to produce a sticker with a fake VIN.

Thx guys. Will leave 'em on. At least they're black, unlike other stickers I removed from air filter and one other mid frame R.
