I have the 750. Changed out pipe to V&H Competition slip on. Replaced air cleaner with V&H Naked intake. Added slotted V&H intake cover. Tuned bike with Fuelpak 3. Extended Harley mirrors (not just extenders, but full mirrors). Rear Harley luggage rack on order. The sound and performance from the pipe, air cleaner, and tune are incredible as compared to stock. My bike is the denim color, so keeping the black look. Also adjusted rear brake pedal up a bit. Next, gonna look into doing something with the horn, and place to lock the helmet to.

Welcome to the forum...but I would really think about changing your user name to something different than 'obtuse'.

This user name could open you up to too many insults, unintentional or intentional by other members and yet they would not be in the wrong in doing so. :|

am·bi·gu·i·ty: Maybe this would make a better user name than obtuse?

Congratulations on your new street 750, too.

Glad to see you remapped the engine with the intake and exhaust changes as that really is necessary. It will also give you a slight increase in power because of the better flow through the engine.

Post some pictures if possible. Would love to see the motorcycle.

I too looked at the V& H exhaust and air filter and would like to do this to my Street 750 but not sure if it will affect the warranty.

The MOM for the Street is intentionally vague in addressing what will and what won't affect the warranty. It directs you to see your dealer that is provided with more information from the HD factory. Ask the dealer. If they say it would void the warranty then ask them to show you that in writing from the HD factory. If they say it won't void the warranty then make them put that in writing for your protection. If they don't know then have them contact the HD factory for clarification.
