New key without old one.

So my brother has been terrorizing me for 10 years stealing everything I own, he's managed to steal the title to my bike which someone stole from him and is long gone. So now I need to get a bonded title, and last week he stole the last key I had. It's parked at a bar by my house and they said I gotta move it or they're gonna tow it. He's stolen everything from me but my bike and I swear I'll die before he does. The forks are locked too. Someone please go e me an idea of what I can do. I'm dead serious if I lose this bike it will send me off the deep end.

Take the VIN to a dealer and they can make a key for you. If you bought it new at a dealership they can probably look up the VIN in their records.

Getting a key from H-D that way is expensive, but after you get a key you can order less expensive key blanks off Amazon:
Amazon.com: 2pcs Motorcycle Uncut Blade Key Blank Key Replacement Ignition Key for Harley Dyna Street 750 500 XG750 XG750ROD Dyna XG500, BLACK, Medium : Automotive

Take a couple of those to any hardware store, home center, or auto parts place with a key machine and they can copy it. It's just a matter of whether they are willing or not.

My local Hardware Hank actually cut the keys with my blanks and didn't even charge me for doing so. Other posters have run into stores that will only cut keys with their own blanks.

I don't know that any of this can be done before the bike get towed. You may be able to proactively get the bike towed to your home or some other storage space that you control.
