Welcome Stoffel and thanks for sharing the pictures of your 750. I believe you're our first member from Germany so be sure to keep room on the couch for any forum members that manage to get to Germany for a ride!!! I'm sure you'll be exploring a lot of great rides in Germany on your new motorcycle.

Hello,

since yesterday I have a Street 750. I come from Germany and live near the German Road of Wine.

The topcase is from my former bike. The comfortable tall boy seat is from HD. Now I will enjoy the sunny day with my new bike.

Hey, how tall are you?
I am 6'4 (193cm), and wondering if a tallboy seat would be enough to make this bike a comfortable ride.

I 'm a little shorter, 188 cm. This bike is not comfortable on long trips. After 30 minutes you will enjoy a break to stretch your legs. ;)
Is the bike still enjoyable, or if you had to do it again you would go for something else?
Do you know of any other mods to make this bike more friendly to tall people?

I am brand new to all of this, I would like to get a Harley, and this one is pretty much the only one that meets my criteria (new rider, budget...), but for being "tall people friendly". I'd like to understand if the tallboy seat makes thing good enough that it remains a bike to consider, or if I need to go see elsewhere.

My Harley dealer has given me the opportunity to ride a Sportster and the Street. I had more fun with the Street. I had many bikes before, always from Japan. Therefore I wanted a new experience.

The street is not perfect like the new bikes from Japan, you can write a long letter with all the things that should be improved. But it looks good and makes fun.

Tomorrow I will make a longer trip (120 km). The weather is fine and I'm shure I'll enjoy the ride.:)
