Hi all,
new to this forum and new to biking.
Had a Street 750 for a month or so now - just hit the 1000miles.
Any one in the Kent area in the UK?

Hi Poundm

Welcome to the forum,

Did you buy from Maidstone HD I picked up my Fire Red Street from them a couple of weeks back but I'm from N London, how are you liking it?. It took me about 2 miles to realise the mirrors are totally useless so I've got extenders on order but other than that the rides been great. Had to bring the handle bars forward slightly so I could sit further back on the seat to stop me frying my inner thighs but nothing major.

Ride safe, I'll keep an eye out for you

Hi Dizz37,
yes I did...I agree about the mirrors, I undid them and adjusted not too bad now but I think extenders are the way to go.
I got a basic black with sissy bar and luggage rack...have you had to adjust the suspension yet? the standard "C" spanner doesn't work.
Other than that, it's a great first bike, to quote Ronald McDonald "I'm lovin' it".

I've got the fire Red with rack and chrome wheel nut covers, I've also added chrome trim to the nose fairing. I had to wait to get one from Europe so I'm still waiting for them to get the MPH clock so at the mo. I'm riding around with little bits of yellow tape all over the speedo Classy not.;0(!
Before you ring HD re extenders try this company Customized Choppers do mirror extenders for £38.00 + free P&P. they are a independent Harley parts supplier phone no: 01620 820377 they are on Ebay but if you phone they give you the exchange rate of the day instead of the Ebay price.
I'm also getting the helmet lock £26.95 and the end cap for the exhaust approx. £65.00 so big savings and they are in based in Scotland.
