Hello.
I just completed the Harley Davidson New Rider Academy.
Then, fate presented me with a 2018 XG750 with 90 miles on it at about 40% off MSRP, so now I own my first motorcycle.

I’m 52 and do IT consulting. I’ve put about 300 miles in so far and I would enjoy someone to group ride with occasionally.

I’ve got bar end mirrors on order. I’m going to try to install the HD garage door remote next weekend.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to want a bigger bike eventually, but I’m enjoying this Street 750 right now.

Did you get your bike at the Triumph place? I think my wife was trying to get that very bike the day you bought it. If it wasn't you, it's one heck of a coincidence. Anyway have fun on it.

Yea, I have your bike.
Now I feel like I stole it from two different people, you, and the dealer.

A XG750 with 90 miles on the odometer, one owner (traded up after riding it home and back) with 13 months of warranty remaining for $4,995 USD.

Tell you wife I’m sorry, and the next round is on me.

Installed the HD garage door opener successfully over the weekend. Draining the fuel tank was a pain. Are there plugs available if I ever have to do it again?

The headlight wiring weatherproof grommet was too short to reach the headlight housing, and the wiring is seemingly haphazardly wrapped in cheap electrical tape in several places. Will ask dealer to address at 1k service.

Can’t figure out how to install bar end mirrors without cutting rubber on grips. Any ideas? If I remove and replace grips, how do they uninstall?
