Yesterday my Street 750 got her 1000 miles service. On the order confirmation was the item for the new oil filter. When I looked at the invoice at home this item was missing. I wonder why. Perhaps they don't have the part on stock? The manual says it is mandatory to change the oil filter. Shall I complain? The service guy said to me it was the first time he made a service for the HD street.

I would contact the service department to ensure they changed the filter. I would hope that a dealership would ensure each item needed is done but humans make mistakes. I'd bet they changed it and missed it on the invoice but I wouldn't bet my bikes engine on it.
