Hi all. What Oil Filter are you using? reason I ask is, My Dealer is 20 miles (Each way). I've looked at a few manufacturer websites and don't see a listing yet.
In the past I have had problems getting Filters. My 93 Escort for example. They had the filter. Until I mentioned GT. Not in stock.

Thanks

I ordered one through Sears website. One of their Marketplace Sellers. It was just under $10. The K&N 204. Hopefully its correct? I looked on the Wix website. They list a 51358 as the correct filter. But if you interchange KN204, You get WL10000. Which is listed as a Powersports filter. They both have the same Flow Rate and Bypass PSI. Difference I see is the outside dimensions. WL10000 is shorter. Maybe an issue with the Street?

On a side note, My 05 Honda Silver Wing used that same filter. I cheated and used the K&N 303. Same filter. Just longer.

All my vehicles get changed near the first 500 mile mark. And I have never had any issues.

I just looked at a Bosch D3300. Dimensions are almost the same. Has the same 20mm 1.5 Thread. And can be purchased at Walmart. This is the Distance Plus, Their top line filter. They have a cheaper version, About half the price. Not sure if Walmart has that one as well.

I see that as a nice 20 mile ride on my Harley, have a cup of coffee in the lounge, then another great 20 mile ride home again. You could even take "the long way" home and make it a nice day trip :)
