Well, it depends -- are you sure the rack you're looking at is the actual Harley one? At that price, I'd say you're probably looking at a knockoff, and if so, it's possible that the Harley sissy bar will fit, but it's possible that it won't.

The Harley sissy bar is part # 52300283 in chrome, and you can find it at many of the online dealers for about 10% to 20% off the $80 retail price (like at Surdyke or Boardtracker). But it's only guaranteed to work with the Harley luggage rack, so if what you're getting is the genuine Harley rack (part #50300071 ) then it'll work. But if you're getting a knockoff, then you'd have to look to whoever manufactured it to see if they make a comparable sissy bar.

Have you actually received the $94 luggage rack and installed it? I've worked with a couple of Amazon vendors selling knock offs at about that price point. One was so out of square that it could not be installed. The other vendor is posting what are supposed to be pictures of the same product, but one has simple bolt holes and the other picture plainly shows trigger locks.

One of those vendors had back rests available, but the price was not significantly less than what I was seeing at Surdyke.
