Agreed, that sounds pretty good. I am anxious to see more reports as folks get their bikes. As the engines get broke in, the fuel economy should improve a bit more.that doesn't sound too bad at all.
I don't really see the CTX 700 as a bike in the same category as the Street. It is bigger and more expensive. What is making you consider that bike, or are you thinking of buying it in addition to the Street? They only claim 41 MPG for both bikes. I wonder why such a low figure? I am also considering the Honda CTX 700. I would prefer to have a Harley but that low mileage figure is a concern. That 17 km/liter would be just about that bad but 25 km/liter would be ok.
Not bad at all.I have the Street 500. I am getting 56 miles per gallon. That is a mix of freeway and surface streets. I do use premium fuel. I have around 420 miles on the bike so its not even broken in yet. I am pretty happy with this mileage so far.
