I've had a couple of rare occasions where there was condensation appear inside the speedo glass on my Super Glide and on my Royal Enfield. It appeared right after I washed the bike and always disappeared pretty fast without a trace after they warmed up, either in the sun or in the garage. It's never been a big concern for me because it's always temporary and gone right away. The instruments are sealed units for the most part so it can't be water entering the housing. I don't think there is any procedure or product you can apply to prevent it. I suspect if you rinse a warm bike off with cold water it might automatically cause any moisture already present inside the speedometer or tachometer to condense on the inside of the instrument glass.
