Stage 2 looks like a beast!! I'm guessing engine guard is out of the question, would stage one have room? Small price to pay I know but just thought I'd ask.

i'm sure we can probably work that into the design of the turbo kit if required.

Or just bend up a new engine guard for a similar price point as an OEM one.

Cool.I already have the OEM but good to know for those interested with guards. When the time comes we could always have a more detailed discussion. Its refreshing to see you guys work with peoples needs.

Well as the company's moto says "if you can dream it, we can build it". We are more than happy to work different designs in for customers requirements.

So I'm just wondering with the stage one kit, will other things need purchased, I know you said something about clutch springs and disk but does the stage one come with everything except the power commander to just put on tune and go?
Sorry if this was answered already I didn't see it.

No problem I like lessening the confusion .

The stage 1 kit will include: - $2800 + core charge (primary cover)
air box
Exhaust manifold
Turbo
Exhaust of your choosing (oem attachment or custom pipe)
Map sensor
Clutch springs
7 psi map

The stage 2 kit will include: - $3200 + core charge (primary cover)
air box
Exhaust manifold
Turbo
Exhaust of your choosing (oem attachment or custom pipe)
Map sensor
Clutch springs
Inter-cooler
larger injectors
10PSI map

The only thing not included is the power commander. The bike doesn't need clutch discs as it's doesn't slip under load or seem to cause any real issues.

already over 1K on the turbo kit an no issues to report on longevity.

I can now tell you guys that you will outrun a 2008 SV650 with on issues. I had a little "race" with my buddy on the highway, no matter what gear he was in, from a 60mph roll the street pulled way ahead of him, and on top of that I never left 6th gear.

next week i'll also be riding a 1,500 mile round trip so i'll keep reporting back with all the updates on the turbo kit, and of course pictures from my trip.

time 10:46 in the vid, is that the BOV lifting?

Why yes it is. And at 10:57 I almost died as my exhaust hit the ground and lifted my rear tire cuz I ride it like a sports bike..

I had stage II ordered from Nick :), do you have any heat issued with your setup? how is your bike running? can you keep up with sport bike 1/4 miles?

define "sports bike" My bike now beats my buddies SV650, haven't really raced anyone officially.
Working weekends hasn't really allowed me to get to the drag strip as much as I want to go.

The only heat issue I have is when I'm sitting in dead stop traffic and my right leg gets a little warm lol. Don't wear shorts or you're sure to burn your leg.

I have a solution for this issued, you can cut a piece of leather L= 15in W= 4-5in, the inside coat ceramic heat shield, mount it from the inside seat down close to brake master cylinder. On the header you can use heat shield blanket. I had no problem with the heat issued in busy city traffic (reduce 50% heat to your thigh):)
