does warranty of bike affected or expire if one uses vances and hines exhaust
and this is not with if once uses screaming eagle
any one pl suggest
I plan on keeping my stock muffler during and after warranty period is up. My dealership was selling streets with the Bassani and V&H exhaust on the bike as well as the Screaming Eagle. If fact my dealership called me to come out and hear the differences in each slip on exhaust on three Street 750's. A mechanic told me as long as I kept the stock air intake (factory installed), there was no adverse affect on the performance of the motor running lean. This is why I haven't purchased a Fuel Pack. I'm keeping the factory installed fuel map that came with the bike while it is still under warranty. Afterwards, I might purchase a FP3. I still like my Firebrand loose Cannon slip on with stock (what came with the bike) air cleaner.

Basically, you have ensured that your bike remains unaffected even with a free flow exhaust. However, the warranty will be void if exhaust is changed and you have to go back to the agency in case there is a problem.
One solution could be that make friends at the dealership and put back the factory exhaust before approaching them with a problem.
However, let me add here that by changing the exhaust only will cause no problems. I too have a Loose Cannon on.:D
